I think she is doing much more good than harm. Its pretty easy to just knock her and say shes a retard and all that but I think this is a good post. At least she took the time to put up some constructive good advice on this site which is more than most people do.

you wear it to lose. ps yea always wear a helmet 1 time i hit a big branch right on my forhead it does gd hurt so wear the helmet a lil bit lower then shown in this clip.

Great advice but people should consider full face helmets. Yeah, they are big and heavy but they can save you a couple thousand dollars on face surgery. BTW, I think this girl is wearing her helmet way too loose. In case of a real accidente that helmet wouldn’t stay in place…
